Site information
Privacy
This site has no accounts. It keeps your company choice and your analytics choice in your browser, sends a call-back request or a booking handoff to the company that serves your ZIP, and — only if you accept — lets Google Analytics add its own measurement cookies.

What this site stores in your browser
This site does not ask you to create an account. It keeps these things in your browser:
- Your company. When you enter a ZIP code, pick a company or say what you need, the site remembers the company, the ZIP and the service — in localStorage (
rahs-resolved-brand) and in one first-party cookie (rahs_team) — for 30 days. That is what sends Call, Book and Text to your company on your next visit. The cookie goes back to this site’s own server with each request; it is not used for analytics, and “Clear” in the header strip removes both. - Your analytics choice. The Accept or Decline answer you give the consent banner is saved in localStorage (
rightaway-consent) and stays until you clear your browser storage. - One session note. Whether the call-back panel has already appeared during this visit is remembered for the session (sessionStorage
rahs-slidein-seen); it is gone when you close the tab. - Google Analytics cookies, only after you accept. If you choose Accept, the Google Analytics script loaded on this site adds Google’s own cookies (
_gaand_ga_<id>) to recognise your browser across pages and visits. They stay until they expire or you clear your browser storage; choosing Decline adds none.
Analytics is optional, and off until you accept
Analytics is Google Analytics 4. Its script (gtag.js) is loaded only on rightawaygroup.com and www.rightawaygroup.com, and only after you choose Accept in the banner. If you Decline — or simply do not answer — nothing is requested from Google for analytics, and no analytics cookies are set.
While analytics is on, the site sends Google page views and the actions taken on the site — a Call or Text click, a step toward booking, a ZIP lookup, a form send — with the page they happened on. The parameters never include a full ZIP code (only its first three digits), a name, an email address or a phone number. Google also receives your IP address and information about your browser and device. The Google tags are set to deny advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization. The setup also links this site with the booking site (rita.rahs-contact.com): after you accept, a booking link you follow carries a _gl parameter, so a booking can be credited to the visit that led to it.
The ZIP finder and your location
Your ZIP code is checked against a service-area table that ships with the site, in your browser; the site does not store the lookup. If you tap “Use my location”, your browser asks for permission and the position is used only in your browser to find the nearest Florida ZIP — it is not stored, put in a URL or sent to us.
The call-back form
The form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, what is going on (optional, up to 300 characters) and, if you want, the service you need. What you enter goes to the company that books your ZIP: it is posted to this site’s own route (/api/callback), which checks it and passes it to the company’s booking system — the system behind the online scheduler at rita.rahs-contact.com — so the company can call you back. Requests are limited to five an hour per IP address, counted in server memory, and the IP address is not passed on with the request. The route itself does not store your request.
If online call-back requests are ever switched off, the route answers without passing anything on, and the form says so and offers a phone number to call instead.
Booking
Book links hand you to the company’s booking system at rita.rahs-contact.com. The appointment details you enter there are handled by that system for the company; this site does not store them.
Videos
Video previews are served from this site. If a preview image was not stored with the site, it loads from YouTube’s image host — that request goes to YouTube, which receives your IP address and information about your browser and device. Pressing play loads the video in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com).
What this site does not do
Apart from the optional analytics and the video player above, this site loads no third-party advertising, social or analytics scripts, and there is no advertising pixel to opt out of.
